RETURN POLICY:

All lighting presented by Arch-Idea is manufactured and fabricated specifically for each customer.

We do our best to satisfy our customers with each purchase. However, if you are not happy with your purchase and would like to return an item, or you received a damaged or defective item, please follow our Return policy to proceed with a return or replacement as quickly as possible:

  • To request a Return please contact us via email: ArchideaNYC@gmail.com and include the order number and the reason for your Return request.
  • A return may be initiated within 14 days of receipt.
  • Items that have been delivered/received more than 14 days ago are not eligible for Return.
  • Any Lighting parts like shades, glass, etc. that have been assembled, installed, modified or used in any way are non-returnable.
  • All Returns must be in original new condition and have original packaging.
  • All custom orders are non-refundable.
  • A 20% restocking fee is applied on all eligible Returns (due to high shipping costs for International shipping and Custom Taxes).
  • Buyer is responsible for Return Shipping charges.
  • To ensure proper insurance coverage, all returns shipments must go through Arch-Idea. Please contact our Customer Care for a return shipping label. It will be sent to you via email within 5 business days.
  • Any Items returns without authorization, returned to the incorrect location or returned in a damaged or unsellable condition may still be subject to additional fees that will be deducted from your refund.
  • In case of a discrepancy with an order due to Seller’s fault, the re-stocking fee will be waived; as well as we will be responsible for Return Shipping fees.

REFUNDS:

Refunds will be issued back to the purchaser within 14 business days of the item(s) arrival back to Arch-Idea.
*We strive to refund you as quickly as possible and in most cases a refund will be issued once the package is received. Returns on larger items or on orders of large quantities may need to be inspected before a refund is processed.
The amount paid will be credited to the same payment method.
You will receive an email confirmation once processed.

BROKEN OR DAMAGED PARTS:

  • All our items are always packed in the safest way to prevent any damages during international and further domestic shipments.
  • In certain cases, additional glass parts are enclosed to cover any potential damaged or broken parts.
  • Any claim by Buyer against seller or carrier for shortage or damage occurring prior to delivery must be made in writing within 48 hours after receipt of shipment and accompanied by original transportation bill signed by the carrier, noting that the carrier received the goods from Arch-Idea in the condition claimed.
  • Please check the lighting fixtures at the delivery and inform Arch-Idea promptly at the delivery in case of irregularity.
  • Please email us the pictures of broken parts to: ArchideaNYC@gmail.com.
  • Do not dispose of broken or damaged parts.
  • Once we receive a claim we can arrange for a pickup or replacement of the damaged parts.
